Garlic Parmesan Orzo

Vegetarian

I have recently started loving making orzo. It reminds me of rice but it’s heartier and it holds sauces better. This Garlic Parmesan Orzo came out perfectly and was a perfect addition to dinner. It’s also great that this is pretty filling on it’s own so you can make this alone and have a lovely meal.

Lemon Roasted Asparagus

Vegetarian

I usually make Parmesan Roasted Asparagus and it always comes out perfect but asparagus is one of my husband’s favorite sides and when he came home from the store with a big batch of fresh asparagus and some lemons, I knew exactly what he was looking for. Lemon is a great summer fruit because it gives a freshness to everything and it goes perfectly with garlic so you know that this is a match. This is a great summer side for any meal.  Continue reading “Lemon Roasted Asparagus”
