Tomato Alfredo Ziti Bake

Vegetarian

Well after a nice week in Florida, it’s back to business! I’m coming to you today after starting a new job so super easy dinners with no prep are really in my wheelhouse right now. This is a beyond easy recipe. It’s literally boiling and mixing. You can use canned sauce for this if you want but I make my own and I found it really makes the flavor incredible. If you spend some free time on a weekend making a batch of each sauce, all you need to do it boil and bake! You can find my Alfredo recipe here and my homemade sauce recipe here. This also reheats really well so if you need something to last a few days for leftovers, this is perfect!  Continue reading “Tomato Alfredo Ziti Bake”

The chicken adds a nice helping of protein and the veggies are cooked just enough to not get too mushy. If you want to go low carb, switch up the pasta to non-wheat with this lentil based penneContinue reading “Chicken Primavera Pasta”

Ragu Bolognese Lasagna

I had never tried lasagna like this before and I have no regrets about Ragu Bolognese Lasagna! The bolognese was cooked low and slow to make it super tender and the béchamel sauce instead of ricotta gave it a super rich flavor and texture. It was rich and incredible! Definitely one of those recipes that worth the time that you put into it. If you want your bolognese extra rich then also add in a cup of dry red wine! This Ragu Bolognese Lasagna will be a favorite in your house and much requested!  Continue reading “Ragu Bolognese Lasagna”
