I don’t know about you but tacos are big in my house. They are a go-to recipe for whenever I want something easy and delicious! I came up with this one night when I had some ground beef and a box of macaroni that I wanted to use so I did a quick ingredient check and came up with this delicious meal. Crockpot Baked Ziti

Baked Ziti is a classic dish and this version of Crockpot Baked Ziti gives you a slow cooked meat sauce without overcooking your pasta and making it mushy! The sauce comes out perfect and the pasta comes out nice and tender. Shrimp Scampi

This is a classic dish for a reason. The garlic and lemon juice combine for a delicious sauce that’s delicious and light yet coats the pasta and shrimp for an amazing flavor! Since it’s now getting warmer out, this is a great dinner for those summer nights where you sit outside because this won’t make you feel heavy but it doesn’t skip the flavor because of it. Copycat Panera Mac and Cheese

Vegetarian

I try not to eat a lot of fast food but sometimes when I want a quick meal I will run to Panera Bread and pick something up. One of my favorites is their mac and cheese! It’s incredibly creamy and totally worth the trip. I have found a way to get this wonderful dish at home with this easy recipe. One ingredient that you really need is some really good sharp white cheddar. I love the Cracker Barrel brand, you can find it here.
