Easy Pork Marinade

I love recipes that are easy to throw together and this recipe for an Easy Pork Marinade is just that. This recipe has ingredients that I always have on hand so it’s a perfect last minute dinner solution. If you want to plan ahead and have your pork marinate even longer, you can also do that but this adds flavor no matter how long you let it sit. Tomato Alfredo Ziti Bake

Well after a nice week in Florida, it’s back to business! I’m coming to you today after starting a new job so super easy dinners with no prep are really in my wheelhouse right now. This is a beyond easy recipe. It’s literally boiling and mixing. You can use canned sauce for this if you want but I make my own and I found it really makes the flavor incredible. Easy Alfredo Sauce

Alfredo sauce is a classic. Who doesn’t drool over a big ole plate of fettuccine alfredo? This Easy Alfredo Sauce is quick to make and only requires a few ingredients so you don’t need to make a grocery run. I like using the skillet to make this as I think it cooks more evenly but you can absolutely use a saucepan also. The most important thing to remember is that your cooking temperature is very important in this. Butter has a high fat content and if the heat is too high, it will separate from the milk and looks very watery. You want a nice, creamy thick sauce that will coat your pasta so if you notice a greasy looking mix, lower the heat and it should mix back together again.  Continue reading “Easy Alfredo Sauce”
