There is something about having a delicious snack when relaxing in front of the TV and this Easy Chili Dip is the perfect thing whether you are catching up on your favorite show, binging on streaming television or watching the game. It’s creamy and delicious and almost impossible to stop at just one bite! This is a perfect last minute dish to add to your table if you are having a last minute party. I have been eating this dip since college, it was one of the few things we turned the oven on for and it was always worth it. This is so easy to make that even those with the worst cooking skills can manage to get this right!
Now after all that snacking, you’ll need something to wash it down and Coca-Cola is just the thing to do it! Luckily my local Shoprite always carries it so I never have to worry about guests missing out.
While snacking is great, keeping a nice cold can nearby is perfect to quench you thirst and cool you off after a long day. Also, Coca-Cola is one of those universal drinks that I like to keep handy for my guests to feel welcome and refreshed. No matter what snack you choose to enjoy, your ice cold Coca-Cola will pair with it perfectly! It’s also perfect, especially now that baseball season is starting up again. Open up the windows, cool off the house and put your feet up with your cold Coca-Cola product in hand!
This is how you relax watching baseball!
Even better, The Coca-Cola Company is having a sweepstakes where if you use Twitter or Instagram and show your favorite snack recipe with some refreshing Coca-Cola while you have your watching party and you can win up to $500 in gift cards and prizes! Just pick up your favorite Coca-Cola beverage and Play. Pause. Refresh. Then take a photo of how you enjoy Coca-Cola during TV night. Make sure what you are watching stays on the TV but out of the photo. You can find out more about the sweepstakes here. If you make this recipe in your post, make sure to tag me too! Make sure you use the hashtag #PlayPauseRefresh and #sweepstakes!

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can chili (15 oz)
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) In a oven safe round dish, I use Pyrex (see here), evenly spread the cream cheese along the bottom of the dish.
3) Scoop the chili out on top and spread evenly. Top with the cheddar making sure all of the chili is covered.
4) Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted. Let cool slightly before serving.
