I’ll be honest. I was not always a seafood lover. But lately I’ve been trying to be healthier and that means eating more fish. Salmon was hard for me at first. It has one of those tastes that either you love or hate but this method makes it delicious! You don’t have to use a lot of this sauce to give the fish amazing flavor that doesn’t overwhelm the fish. This is a great recipe if you are trying to eat more fish but can’t get past the “fishy” taste. This eases you into it and makes you want to try more seafood.
