Homemade Blueberry Sauce

If you were here for my Breakfast Tacos post, you know that February is National Hot Breakfast Month so I’ve been having lots of yummy dinners, including nice crispy waffles! If you don’t have a waffle iron, you can use your George Forman grill and get some nice and quick. This recipe works for both frozen or fresh blueberries but if you do use frozen, make sure you let them thaw out for an hour or two before using. Continue reading “Homemade Blueberry Sauce”

Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken and Veggies

We all love having easy dinners that take low prep time. This Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken and Veggies is a great mid-week meal because it’s quick. From prep to table takes about 45 minutes and a majority of that is baking time! The breading on the chicken tastes awesome thanks to the lemon juice! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the garlic butter that coats the veggies made them even better. If you want more easy weeknight meals, check out my Bacon Broccoli Penne or my Chicken Stuffing BakeContinue reading “Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken and Veggies”

However, breakfast for dinner is always a good idea.  Continue reading “Breakfast Tacos and Giveaway”

Easy Rice Pudding

We don’t do a ton of dessert around here only because we are usually pretty full from dinner but when my husband mentioned that it had been awhile since he had rice pudding, I knew I had to make him some. I played around with a few recipes but this one is called Easy Rice Pudding for a reason, because it was super easy and it came out the best. It was the perfect level of creamy and sweet. All of the ingredients blended together perfectly and you will love it. If you are on the fence about trying to make it yourself, then this is the best starter recipe. You can adjust the seasoning as you practice more but I got no complaints from my end! Continue reading “Easy Rice Pudding”

Bacon Broccoli Penne

I’m big on pasta recipes. The regular sauce is super easy but it can get old quick. I’ve made fun pasta mixes in the past, like my Spicy Kielbasa Pasta or my Skillet Tuna Penne and they always turn out delicious! This Bacon Broccoli Penne has a delicious cheese sauce and is full of flavor thanks to the bacon and broccoli included. This will be on the table in less than 30 minutes and you will love it!  Continue reading “Bacon Broccoli Penne”
