I love coming up with different ways to make chicken. It can get boring if you have a chicken heavy diet without variety to there are tons of recipes here that can get you out of that rut. Like Pineapple Salsa Chicken! Pineapple in salsa is a great combination, the sweetness of the fruit helps counteract the spiciness of the salsa so it makes for a really delicious mix of flavors! This meal gets slow cooked in the crockpot so you can prep it and then get other things done while this simmers away for you.
