Skinny Spinach Dip

This Skinny Spinach Dip is a great option for those who are trying to cut calories but can’t seem to give up their favorite foods! This version makes about 10 servings and is 173 calories per serving! Plus it’s so filling that you can eat it by itself and it will fill you up thanks to the spinach and peppers! 

Ingredients: 

10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 red pepper, diced

1 yellow pepper, diced

8 oz low fat cream cheese

1 cup Chobani plain Greek yogurt

2 cups low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 garlic cloves, chopped

Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

1) Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. This helps the dip from sticking.

2) Add all ingredients to slow cooked and mix well. It may not mix well at first but do the best you can and you can stir it later and it cooks together.

3) Cook on low 3-4 hours, stirring at the 2 hour mark and adding more salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately. You can serve with scoop chips, carrots or celery.
