The cool air of fall is the perfect time to make some of these French Onion Meatballs! It’s similar to the soup but a little heartier but the meatballs have so much flavor! This recipe is the perfect mix of tangy, sweet and spicy! We made these on one of our last warm weekends and they were perfect. The chicken cooked up with a nice char and the peppers and sauce added a ton of flavor. We really loved the way that these came out and had zero leftovers for this meal!
